Feeding support to help you and your baby thrive

Emotional support while you consider your birth experience and adjust to your new hormones

Sole charge while you sleep, shower, rest, have a bit of time to yourself

Baby care including bathing, nappies, babywearing and so on

Signposting you if necessary to appropriate health professionals or additional support

Meal planning, cooking and dish washing

Help with older siblings if applicable

Household support with laundry, changing sheets, general tidying

Shopping and errands

Accompanying you to appointments if you would like me to

Various other bits and bobs depending on what you need on the day!

How does it work!?

It’s super easy! Use the contact form to get in touch with me.

We’ll have a chat on the phone about what kind of support you are thinking about and then arrange a free visit so we can get to know each other and explore in more depth what will help you the most.

Finally we’ll book in appointments for me to come and start helping you thrive as you begin the wonderful journey with your newborn.

My hourly rate is £25.00 - £30.00. I also offer nurture packages on request to help you get a good start.
