Gail Bennett Postnatal Doula

Hello, I’m Gail, welcome to my website! I have been working with children and families in various roles for nearly two decades. As a postpartum doula I provide fourth trimester support, helping overwhelmed new mums become calm, confident parents.

My nurturing postnatal support is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. This includes gentle new born care, emotional support for new mums and help adjusting to life with a new born.  I can help with breast feeding and bottle feeding as well as sleep support, soothing techniques for new babies and new baby care.  I can also help with your household, cooking and any older siblings while you recover from birth. When you feel overtired and stressed, I can give you a short, seated head, neck and shoulder massage to help you relax and feel pampered.

I live in Surbiton, Surrey and I work in the surrounding area giving postnatal doula support in Surrey and Southwest London, including Kingston, Teddington, Twickenham, Wimbledon, Elmbridge, Esher, Claygate, Guildford, and many more.
